DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. Our project started almost a year ago & David Blaschke still has not finished. Let alone contacted us to schedule him finishing the work we agreed on & paid for! He doesn't return my husband's calls or messages. My husband thought we were fully paid, but David kept charging. He sent his wife to "collect" money once. All while he had not worked on our house for a significant period, & oh yes he still has not finished! We paid full for work we did not fully receive. DO NOT USE HIM. He had all the demo trash, including our toilets (which he decided to replace w/o asking) sitting in our front driveway for months! Then he told my husband it would be cheaper to remove the trash ourselves than to have him do it! He left old dirty nails around where our 4 year old could grab them. His men did the wrong grout color in one of our bathrooms & we had to point it out. He never sealed around one of the new toilets he decided to get for us, he didn't finish the floor transitions in doorways, he did not seal around the tub & water collects there all the time, he didn't finish our baseboards, he never did our window trim, the floor is still not finished underneath the kitchen cabinets. Oh, and we can hear water inside our fireplace dripping after the roof preventative job he said we needed. He left tools at our house that apparently he is never returning for. He left all of the materials (flooring and sheet rock) outside for the Washington rain to wither it away. His guys or if he was due to show would just not come back to our house & finish for long periods of time. And ultimately NEVER FINISHED. He was clueless because he had other people do most ALL the work. He didn't even know what needed to be done when he said he'd come over to finish. He tried to charge us $3,000 for putting in our lighting and a day's work! All while we thought we were already paid! He collected a lot of money for his trip to Europe he told us about. Hope he had fun on our dollar. I only write reviews when it counts. This man WAS A FRIEND OF MY HUSBANDS FROM A PROFESSIONALS NETWORKING GROUP, AND HE SCREWED US OVER. IMAGINE HOW HE'LL TREAT THE WORK ON YOUR HOUSE.
