Contractor displayed exceptional knowledge of complicated building practices and design related issues. Participated in early pre-construction value engineering and project development within Architect and Client programming for a high end complete gut-renovation within a NYC Landmark property. Fluent in base building and structural practices as well as high end finishing. Administratively very organized and thorough in their approach and fair in their pricing practices. Would highly recommend this company for any project size and level of complexity.
