After months and months of searching for a contractor to repair the stone work on my home, I was referred to BNB Hardscaping. Brian was excellent to deal with from start to finish. The repair job was done in a timely manner, The work crew was excellent, no mess in the yard. After the completion of the job, everything was returned to its original state. 2 parts to our job:
1) A corner stone was replaced on our porch- this was done properly and looks great
2) Our walkway had a concrete edge restraint installed and had polymeric sand replaced. The concrete restraint is sloppy looking in spots and in a few places almost level with the pavers, grass will never fill in these spots. As for the polymeric sand- just about all of it washed away within 2 weeks. I reached to Brian about the polymeric sand washing away. He said he would take a look at it. He never came by. I reached out again and he said that he hadn’t forgot about me and the he was “beyond busy”. After a couple of months I gave up and redid the polymeric sand myself. 5 months later and the sand i installed is intact, and, I never heard back from BNB.
