  He is a great worker... He finished all the repairs and left every thing clean... I would recommend him to a lot of people

  Unfortunately, I have experienced the same thing with Mr. Frank Boglin. I had paid him for a job in-full and paid the first installment on the second job. However, it was too late before i realized that he did not complete the repairs from the first job. He kept delaying the second job, no calls, no show. and no refund. He took the monies and ran. WARNING: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH HIM. HE IS A CROOK!!!!!!! HE SHOULD HAVE A 5 STAR RATING FOR BEING A CROOK!!!!

  I've had Boglin Construction do work for me for 7 years now and not once have I had a complaint , its shocking to hear that he left some one unhappy because he's the type of contractor that goes over and above to please his cients . Frank has wprked on my kitchen , bathroom and finished my basement and My wife and I are satisfied.

  As of 1-31-12 Franklin ( aka Frank) Boglin started a rehab job but never completed the work. He said he would be done within 4 days. On Monday February 6, 2012 he removed the old gas range so I was unable to cook and he was paid in full the final balance. He said he would pick up and install the new range 2 days later. I repeatedly texted and called him with no return calls. He called on February 8, saying he was out of town working with cement that's why he didn't call. He told me the next day he would call me in the morning, of course he didn't call. On February 10 unknown to me he went to the property and removed all his equipment. He left the job unfinished and no refund for the incomplete work. I am left with no gas range, another range disconnected, no working door bells, missing window screens, graffiti still on the front of the building and pavement, trash in the garage.

  As of 1-31-12 Franklin ( aka Frank) Boglin started a rehab job but never completed the work. He said he would be done within 4 days. As of Febryary 10, 2010 he went to the property and removed all his equipment and left my keys and receipt for a new gas range that he never picked up or connected. As of Monday February 6, 2012 I am unable to cook until I pay some one else to pick up and connect the range that I paid him to pick up and deliver. This last rehab was not completed even though he was paid in full. When he cashed the final he check he disappeared and never returned my phone calls or text messages. He eventully called once saying he was was working in another city but will finish my job the next day. He went to the property 2 days later and removed all his equipment unknown to me. He left the job with no working door bells, missing window screens, graffiti still on the front of the building and pavement, trash in the garage and no working gas range.
