Bonny construction was over time, over budget and tried to sue us. He paid no attention to his contract, one of his subcontractors let our dog out. The dog was never found. He took twice as long as the contract stated. Tried to charge us for other projects on other property. We refused to pay over the contracted price. He tried to sue us but can’t per the contract. The judge dismissed the case. Worst mistake was hiring Bonney construction.
