Brian J Thompson has a reputation of bring honest fair and completely reliable. My father and I have worked with him on many projects with our rental properties for at least 14 years. I love the fact that he is very neat and clean and pleasant to deal with. I love the fact he is a God fearing man and wants to please working relationships with all involved. He does excellent work and is one of a few people I would leave my house key with and say, Brian we'll be back in a few days and come home to project completed and home neat and tidy. I highly reccommend him and his company. Everyone I have referred him to tells their friends so I cant be wrong!!! And when I call he always gets back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend contractor Brian J. Thompson without reservation. He completed the remodel of a rental home for me in the Spring of 2017. During the time that work was being done at the property, Brian communicated frequently and gave me options. The work was completed efficiently and well. I was pleased with every aspect of the remodel: paint, carpet, tile, laminate flooring, electric fixtures, and clean-up. I felt that costs were fair and reasonable. Brian had previously performed smaller jobs at another rental property, and those jobs also were well done. I plan to have Brian do whatever rental property work I have in the future.
