We bought a condo built by Brooklyn AZ, and found out all these problems 3 months after living in here. We contacted the contractor, Singh to fix our house, and he is the most unreliable contractor I have ever worked with.
He would tell us they would come, day after day, week after week, month after month, NOTHING. 80% of our punchlist is untouched along with 5 new things to fix.
When his men finally came to change our boilers which they fried, they dragged it over my floors and caused irreversible damage.
Our water boiler is fried, shower is clogged, vent off of our ceiling. This whole house is a mess, and Brooklyn AZ is such unreliable builders, I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase a house built by such irresponsible, horrible builders.
