I have been using this company for many years and been very happy with their service. HOWEVER: This year they have not installed my awnings, and do not respond to repeated telephone calls and emails. The awnings were scheduled to arrive 4/30/2024. It is now 6/20/24!!! I don’t know what to do!!!
