Warning !!!! I have had Gershon contractors and below is a story of the result I live in a Gershon building they have over 40 buildings in NY and apartments in New Jersey as well
You would think that would give them smarts and experience.
But what i have seen consistently Is how they cut corners to save cost even at the cost of a tenants health
What a night mare !!!!
I have black mold that they have caused from their neglect in up keep add unprofessional cutting corner contractors that they send
from their own company and add bad management all around
And you have just the begini g of my big problem with them
If I did not watch them they would have covered the black mold behind the wall with its moldy disintegrating sheet rock quite visible
Now my apartment is unlivable riddled with toxic black mold in the air and ducts
From their un educated cost cutting ignorant employees
And they have made me sick
And homeless in addition to losing all my possessions
Run hire someone else
Save your self , your health and time and money
