    Balcony Waterproofing

    Poor balcony waterproofing. Wall openings (were balcony meets the wall) were left uncovered so that water freely penetrate building walls. Contractor refused to fix this issue referring to 'walls not being parts of the balcony'. Clearly, this isn't professional approach as the openings were left by contractor. Contractor care less about work quality and more about his pocket. Avoid them. Thanks
