Finishing details on the new house we built with this contractor were poor. Plumbing has leaked, resulting in insurance claims. Warranty fixes were never done. The wrong paint used on our hardiboard siding, thin asphalt, cracking drywall, faulty garage doors with snapping springs, windows with broken seals, putty that pops out of the poorly sealed oak flooring. This is just a small list of the problems we have experienced with our home that is only 5 years old.
