CONtractor was engaged to rehab a small apartment unit. Contractor provided elaborate excuses for multiple delays and ultimately never completed his scope of work. Horrific workmanship and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Contractor failed to attend two separate meetings with multiple parties to discuss construction issues. He gave us a check that bounced and never returned our calls. This unethical contractor should be out of business.

Scam artist alert! Seemed nice and intelligent upfront, once the initial payment was made he started the addition on my home. Many “delays” got in the way like his son’s graduation and other personal plans. Never finished job, took my money, and quit answering/replying to phone calls. Do your research before hiring anyone and stay away from Cado Construction!!!

Cado construction led be Arturo García installed an inadequate roof on my low pitch ranch home. We lost large sections of ceiling in 2 room and all ceiling in garage area during Harvey. We hired a 3rd party roof inspector to assess damage and cause. It was found that Cado Construction cut ridge vents in our roof with a pitch of 3. Apparently anyone with any roofing skillls knows not to do this. The ridge vents eventually had to be scanned in by a different roofing company. While we tried to get our payment of almost $5k back from Cado Construction as we did not trust then to fix the problem after they cane out 3 x during the storm to try and fix some of the leaks they blamed on a pre existing tubular sky light and random other things, they showed no interest in investigating further and didn’t respond to our phone calls after the storm. In essence, this is a one man show with no ability to run a project. Please, save yourself some grief and stay far away from this sub standard contractor!

Arturo Garcia (281 -914- 9403) is a total scam artist. Now under “all around home services” took our money for freeze rebuild and walked. What did get done under his supervision we had to have redone by reputable craftsmen. We let the contract we signed with him run out, fired him and I changed the locks and kept what tools he left ( not that he ever used them) art you want your tools back? - bring a certified check.
