The contractor / owner was very convincing upfront about what he could accomplish and what we could expect, this changed rapidly after he was hired.
Undependable and unfinished is how i would describe the work ....
he left his helper/ helpers to do alot of work on there own with little experience then assigned his helper to fix the issues that arised which he couldn’t.
Contractor was Constantly on the phone or having to go somewhere else , We have not been able to get the contractor to come back and finish the agreed apon work , also some damage occurred to our existing floors and property which he was to fix , but now not answering phone calls , emails or texts.
Do not use cal state home from brentwood , ca .
