In 2010 Caricic Contraction worked collaboratively with me on a major renovation of my 1 bedroom apartment in Tudor City. Including: Bathroom (tub replaced with shower, new counter, mirrors, tiles, cabinets and heated floor), Bedroom (painting, refinishing floors and floor repair, new electrical wiring, stone window ledges) and Livingroom (painting, mounting large screen TV, custom design wall art display, refinishing floors, cable tunneling, stone window ledges, radiator replacement). His staff were very efficient; producing high quality results and finishes plus provided excellent and timely follow-up on a couple of maintenance items after the work was completed.
