Don't use this company!!!!! They don't stand by their work. My floors are noisy and squeaky and he won't come out to fix them. Not happy with the floors installed. They had an opportunity to fix them before we move in an nothing was done. They told my contractor for me to turn up the heat and move my furniture in and that would take care of the popping and squeaking . When I got him on the phone he gave me this excuse that the heat was not turned on will this new house was vacant and that made the floors squeak and pop. I think it's bad installation. It's now 80-90 degrees outside. What's your excuse now. The squeezing and popping is still there. Now hiring a inspector from NWFA to inspect these floors.
I talk to my builder today and he said their licenses lapsed in May
