  Excellent service by Victor, a tech from this company. He was polite, friendly, on time and fixed both our leak & issues with our tub drain. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!

  repair kitchen leaks garbage disposal and faucet

  I had a leak under the kitchen sink. I needed a new garbage disposal and new faucet set. I knew the space was difficult to access. Anthony came and promptly solved the problem and the install was meticulous. Very polite and courteous. Provided info on other plumbing and actually looked to see that other appliances were working fine. I would highly recommend the company for plumbing needs!

  $400

  Our furnace failed. And Castaldi failed. I was looking for a contractor who exuded trust and honesty. They came out, diagnosed 1 thing, tinkered around, decided on a different diagnosis after about 40 minutes; said they would have to order the part and come back the next day; the estimate was $200-$300; took another 10 minutes to pack up - long enough to charge a full hour labor. This was the 2nd night we did not have heat on 2 very cold nights. They did not show any concern for that, and did not even attempt to resolve it. Father and son came back the next day. Installed the part; took 40 minutes to do so; another 10 to clean up; charged nearly $400; father said son failed to include TWO $95 visits "PLUS gas" in estimate, for the day before, and that day. They charged the service call for both days...even though it was the same service call. And they did not tell me they would charge for both visits. Their charge was nearly twice what they estimated. this was the first time I used them. I will not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
