Purchase a house in good faith, once you are under contract (a large deposit is required) the builder is very difficult to work with. Does not communicate or return emails, phone calls or texts. Upgrade spec. sheet is very vague, some items are not even produced any longer that are listed as standard. We would of had more issues if not for our Real Estate Agent. Closing date was over two months behind original date given. He has a clause in his paperwork that you cannot delay closing for final walk through items, so you are at his mercy to finish after closing. Items remain incomplete from the final walk through checklist. Would not recommend this builder.

Castle Dwellers builds a good home, following specifications of governing agencies. They devide and develop plots of land into neighborhoods. They bill themselves as luxury, custom builders. We bought a home from them. They did quite a bit of modifications. Construction is solid. Communication, finishing work, and follow through on verbal commitments and promises are severely lacking. Once contract is signed, builder is somewhat difficult to work with. Recommend having a buyer's realtor when working with this builder. At 16 months from purchase/close, we are still waiting for warranty work and problems noted at close of sale to be done. We sent list in good faith in July but builder has yet to finish.

Massive heart attack! I received a phone call from Michael Madle, his son who broke the news to us....
I had no words... My God!!! A vibrant healthy man gone in an instant...
Please ignore the reviews above as Michael Madle had to jump in and carry an unbelievable load as his dad had all of the details in his head. Michael was amazing!!! He went above and beyond working tirelessly to build our new home! Yes, our home was finished later then we were initially told but my God his dad passed away!
CASTLE DWELLERS INC provided us with a per diem for each day of delay and this covered our entire closing costs!!! I asked Michael what the difference in cost would be to eliminate the concrete slab patio planned for out back and build a Trex deck fenced with an ADA compliant ramp to the driveway. The very next day we stopped by the house to see the recent progress and WOW!!! ~the deck was almost finished!!! I called Michael to ask about the cost and he told me that it would be $2200.00!!! NO WAY!!! 40-feet in length and 10-feet out from the furthest area on the house!!! This deck alone would have been at least $18,000.00!!!!!
No one does this!!!
