Stephen Cavagnini is a scam artist! We contracted him to build our house in the end it took him over 14 months from the time he dug our foundation to the time we moved in. The only reason we didn't fire him was because he was taking draws over budget and had to much of our money, so at the advice of our lawyer we left him finish and settled it in court. Within a year of us moving in he Steve filed bankruptcy and we had to pay out of pocket to fix a leaking porch roof, water leaks that led to drywall repairs, new siding, brick work that had to be properly finished and the list goes on. Luckily enough we had the money from his last draw to help with the repairs. Unfortunately we have talked to 2 other families that went through the same issues with Stephen. At one point I filed a complaint with the BBB and he threatened us to remove it. Please save your money and go with anyone else and always verify the draws and work.
