As the HOA president of a large condo complex in San Diego, one of the hardest things to do is finding good vendors. Tired of vendors that would often end up redoing their work; I thought we should look to a company that fixes problems to be our contractor. CDIS was a perfect match. We have been using them for everything, ALL aspects of construction, maintenance and landscaping during the past 4 years and nothing has ever needed redoing. You would think this level of quality would come at a premium price but, we actually saved money compared to our past vendors. My job is fun again now that CDIS takes care of all our needs!
