I hired Cesar Guzman to tackle what I thought would be two straight forward tasks for a custom shed built in 2021, reinforce the door hinges and repair or replace the roof shingles. After Cesar’s assessment, it was determined that the roof was never properly built to slope and water was pooling in the center and coming through to the interior. Cesar came up with a solution to redesign the roof so it would drain towards the front and and prevent standing water. He alap enhanced the storage unit with metal roofing sheets in place of shingles. Cesar was upfront about what could or could not be done to fix the issues and worked very hard to find the solution, fix the problems, and was very fair and timely throughout the project.
