  Kitchen, living room renovation

  We recently had CH Brothers complete a kitchen renovation, along with installing hardwood flooring and repainting our entry area and living room. Most of the work involved was in the kitchen - fixing plumbing, adjusting electrical needs and installing new cupboards and new countertops. All the members of the company team were patient and careful in designing and building to meet our needs and expectations.
  The whole process began with a water damage claim for our kitchen and involved constant communication with our insurance company to get all details of the project understood so that we could have things fixed just the way we wanted them. By the time they were finished, we were extremely happy with their exceptional work. It was obvious from the beginning that we were dealing with a very prideful family, that works hard, respects one another and really wants to please the customer with a job well done. We are grateful for their care and diligent efforts and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  Restoration after water damage from a leaking pipe

  A leaky pipe in the walls between my condo and my neighbor's condo made it necessary for me to find a contractor to replace the flooring in my kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer along with the drywall that had to be removed and replaced between my pantry and my bedroom closet and so much more due to the water damage. I was lucky to have found CH Brothers, which is a family business. They were professional, friendly, skillful, and wonderful communicators. Once the insurance company approved their estimate, they immediately got to work, did a professional job, and had my condo looking in tiptop shape in less time than first estimated. The crew were always respectful of my house and belongings. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor and would certainly call them again, if I needed more work done.

  Restoration and renovation of bedroom, bathroom and family room.

  I had water damage in my home from a broken back-flow valve, and CH Brothers was the contractor recommended by the mitigation company to test and make a plan for full restoration required. The principal of the mitigation company said, "CH Brothers is who I would call if this happened to me at my house." I called them and testing was done promptly. CH Brothers provided a very detailed bid on the restoration required, which was submitted to my insurance adjuster. Professionals! They understand the process and the patience required to successfully work with homeowner's insurance adjusters. It was an extensive project which was completed over the course of 7 months. I wanted my house to be in the same condition and have the same look as before the incident. CH Brothers went the extra mile! I was impressed with their cleanliness and respect for my home during this extensive project. Always pleasant to deal with. They had my vanity reproduced by a cabinet maker to look exactly like the one that had to be removed. They matched and replaced my solid cherry wood floors perfectly. They researched and found the same stone that was originally used to tile my en suite bathroom. They did a beautiful job!

  Recently, I had a small job that required ASAP attention. I called, they responded the same day and got it done!

  We had a dishwater leak that basically destroyed our Kitchen and CH Brother was recommended to us by Flood Guys and we hired them to be our contractors. hearing all the horror stories that come with inattentive and unorganized contractors, we were a bit suspicious and nervous about hiring them. From the get go, they took their time to walk us through the process very patiently and listened to us and made us very comfortable to choose what course to follow. They dealt with insurance and they start working in our kitchen. The work crew was very professional and their work was impeccable. Their presence in our home was professional and they focused on the task at hard the whole time. At the end we were very happy with the kitchen they gave us and we are grateful we hired them. They delivered what they promised if not more. I don't wish kitchen problem on anyone but if you have it, CH Brothers LLC is the one you need to hire.

  kitchen remodel

  Mike (Mykhaylo) and Andriy are highly skilled, creative, hard-working and professional. Their expertise is second to none. We were quite impressed with their vision and attention to detail which transformed our kitchen into our favorite room. Each day, they arrived promptly with a well-organized plan in place. This plan was consistently executed with a significant amount of quality work completed. At the end of each day, they left us with a clean home to reside in. They were both friendly and respectful of our family and home. The pride they take in their work is obvious as they settled for nothing less than perfection. Also worth noting are Serhiy and Alex who completed quite a bit of work on our remodel as well. These two also demonstrated the impressive, reliable skills we much appreciated. We highly recommend all of these gentlemen for home remodels and would rehire them without hesitation. Thank you for the care you put into our home; we are grateful.

  Reconstruction of home, first and second level caused by water damage.

  In one word: EXCEPTIONAL.

  I had a hot water pipe break in my master bathroom and it caused substantial damage.

  The Flood Guys responded and mitigated the damage. I was impressed by their work and asked if they could recommend a company to reconstruct my home. They recommended CH Brothers.

  I contacted CH Brothers and received a prompt response.

  I sent the estimate to the State Farm's claims adjuster to review. The estimate was accepted and paid in full.

  I did additional research on CH Brothers and determined they were trustworthy. I gave them the insurance check, which included the remaining balance owed to The Flood Guys. I normally do not do such a thing because there are so many scammers, but felt comfortable doing so in this situation.

  CH Brothers paid The Flood Guys and scheduled to begin work a week later.

  I have been impressed by their personnel's work ethic, professionalism and exceptional skills. They are hard working, polite and again, exceptional. They installed quality products with attention to detail and were tidy while doing so.

  I like that CH Brothers is a family business, honest and I highly recommend them. I will be having them back to work on additional projects in my home.

  Repair my crawl space from water damage

  We discovered we had two hot water pipes leaking in our crawl space. I called a plumber that was highly recommended. He recommended CH Brother's to me. They came immediately. They evaluated the damage. Informed me of the damage and went right to work. They were in my home for a week. Their work was impeccable. Our crawl space has access from inside the home only. They installed a vapor barrier at the entrance to the crawl space to prevent contamination to the house environment. Their job site was impeccable. Their employees were polite and careful. Their communication was excellent. They provided the necessary information to our insurance company. I highly recommend this company. I know who to call if we have any problems in the future.

  Highly recommended. They have renovated our kitchen, our entire downstairs, and most recently our upstairs as well. Extremely professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We have left them the keys to our house to work on a project while we were away on vacation. Our no-nonsense, go-to contractors for house projects. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

  This is my 2nd experience with CH Brothers and I have been completely happy with their work each time. The first job was partially covered by insurance, they did the negotiation and I was happy with the results. I called them back for the 2nd job just because they did so well on the first job and the are nice people to have walking around in your house for the duration of the job.

  This is more a scam company than a real contractor.
  Hired them to fix damaged property, they estimated their work about 300% more than any other contractor company and spend about 3 week "negotiating" with insurance company. With no luck of course. After all, they charged me with a contract breach fee. So, no work was completed, wasted a lot of my time and then charged me.

  Stay away of this company.
