I had a very bad experience with Charlie in June of last year. It was a very hot June, he showed up all agitated and aggravated from overwork and started overcharging for 10 minutes of work. When I refused to pay the overcharge, he damaged my outside AC unit on his way out when I went inside my house. Bad attitude, unfair pricing.

I highly recommend this technician. I've had Charles Cessna to service my gas furnace AND my central air unit about 4 or 5 times now over the last 3 years. Twice, those calls were emergency service calls. Always professional, top notch work for about what other HVAC guys charge in the area. He even gave me some tips for my central air unit that I can do myself twice a year to keep it running better! He also recommended a local guy to clean out my ducts because he noticed they had a good bit of dust and debris in them
I understand that everyone can have a bad day now & then, and I guess the guy Vic (above or below), got Mr. Cessna on a bad day. Don't write Charlie off - you'll miss out on a good technician.
