Charles J Sarracino has entered into a contract as a subcontractor to Lowes, which they subcontracted general contracting work to Brett Gotay Enterprises. Brett Gotay Enterprises has not lived up to the contract and work has not progressed. I have been fighting with Lowes for two weeks because Brett, who admitted they misestimated the scope, but the Representatives to Charles J Sarracino and Brett have been non-responsive and are forcing me to take actions I really do not want to take.
