    Rehab a home i bought
    Sean Walsh and Chicago Elite Builders do bad work.

    ZERO STARS

    If the owner of the house on this project is Sean Walsh. DO NOT BUY IT. Two months after closing on our new home and 6 attempts at ticky tacky fixing our leaky basement and we STILL HAVE LEAKING IN OUR BASEMENT.

    When we called three flooding spceialists that said the same thing, the drain tiles were installed incorrectly. Once he figured out he had to re-do the entire drain tile in our basement, Sean, bailed on us. Now we have no choice but to fix our basement ourselves and go after him in court.

    If I could give negative stars I WOULD.

    RUN AWAY IF SEAN WALSH, KRZYSZTOV LUPINSKI,BLUE LINE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR, CHICAGO ELITE BUILDERS INC, "WALSH MASONRY, INC", WERMAR PLUMBING CORP OR ECO HEATING & COOLING is involved with the rehab of your potential home. DON'T BUY IT!!!

    You are in for a hell of trouble
