WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.. AFTER MEETING WITH THEM AND THEY GAVE US THEIR ESTIMATE I KNEW RIGHT AWAY THAT THIS WAS THE COMPANY FOR US.. TO REPLACE BRICKS IN THE CHIMNEY.. THEY WERE ON TIME.. AND CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL .. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IN A HEART BEAT. AND USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.. THANK YOU AND THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE THEY TOO ARE WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL.. terrible, lack professionalism, amateurs. called to repair a chimney that was damaged back in Aug. the new section is crooked , the clay liner is not centered in the chimney the laid bricks or crooked. the new bricks dont match the old which I can understand. but i did clean and power wash close to 100 bricks so the cold be incorporated into the new work as was recommended by the first guy i called. when i checked the inside of the chimney i discovered that it was clogged with mortar and broken bricks. something they should have done. i called them back to clean it and the guy said that he offered to clean it for $40 bucks. (not part of the job?)
Luckily my boiler is direct vent and not vented through the chimney. but he did not know that.
as a safety point could have been a big time disaster. and i haven't gone on the roof yet to see how they flashed it to the roof.
nice enough guy and maybe i got him on a bad day but man ! Think twice !!
