    PLEASE BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

    The owner is extremely unprofessional, careless, DESTRUCTIVE, and inappropriate.

    UNPROFESSIONAL:

    Let me start off by saying the owner is always extremely late. If he says it will be a 3-day project- prepare for it to be 2 weeks or more.
    This is 100% due to him overbooking himself with multiple different jobs.

    Secondly, if you have a nice driveway that's clean and oil-free be prepared for it to get completely ruined with oil stains from his extremely old, falling apart, unmaintained, broken down equipment that is all held together by bungee cords and duct tape. Not only will your driveway get ruined so will your street in front of the house along with your neighbors. The owner thought it was acceptable to leave two huge trucks leaking oil in front of our home and our neighbor’s home for 3 days.

    The owner not only destroyed our property but also put our elderly neighbor under major distress by having to use her driveway for one of his trucks. That truck completely broke down into pieces on her driveway and then he thought it was okay to leave it there for another 4 days without taking care of it.

    DAMAGES & DESTRUCTION TO OUR HOME!!!

    We were doing our best to make it work with the owner aside from all the chaos we already experienced. But we drew the line when he was digging up the dirt, he tore out an electrical pipe to our home and garage. This cost us $600 to have someone come out to re-place. The owner is completely careless and destructive when operating his Bobcat machnery. He hit our siding on our house in three different areas, leaving damage. Also tore out one of our gutters. The owner hit our new air conditioner 2 times with his machinery, displacing it and scraping the whole side of it.

    When he started his machine, due to it falling apart it splashed oil all over our neighbors siding on their garage.

    When we confronted him about all the damage that was taking place, he copped a major attitude and had zero empathy for this situation.
    INAPPROPRIATE:
    Not only is he inappropriate, careless and destructive, he is also extremely inappropriate with how he speaks to his employees. He talks down to them, is verbally abusive and condescending along with unnecessary foul language. Completely wrong behavior and unprofessional.
    Needless to say, this was nothing short of a nightmare and we had to end it with this company. He did not finish the work. We are out a few thousand dollars in damages. BEWARE!!!!!!!
