I originally booked with Chruchill mechanical due to the reviews. The service was absolutely horrible, and I believe the reviews posted are family members. One review is from the individual who assisted Preston with my job. The men spoke a good game, but the quality of the work was very poor. The men took all day and night to do an installation and the equipment didn't work properly. Preston gave my teenage daughter a lot of information about the unit, but when I spoke to him he had very little to say. Preston seemed distracted the entire time and took mutltiple breaks. Preston then gave me the run around when it came to fixing my equipment. I ended up having to have someone reinstall my equipment. I would be VERY cautious when using this company.
