We had Circa 1900 do a couple of small jobs for us on our 1880's house in LaVerne.
Dan came and removed peeling paint on the old front porch floor. He went out of his way to fill old holes that had been painted over before, to correct my paint color and just take care of every detail. He came back several days in a row to allow drying time. He was very knowledgeable about old houses and the area; we thought it was a really fair price and had him back to fix some thresholds where another contractor did a lousy job. We wish we'd met him first, and will have him back to bid on a larger job building a deck.
