    The architect Alix Michel is working for him now with Citiscape Consulting. Citiscape Consulting was dissolved in 2011 and all the permits have his name and Citiscape Consulting on them. I couldn't find any insurance until recently when there was yet another Citiscape company formed. The Citiscape owner Alex Lotovsky is even a bigger con artist than my tenant.
