Talented, hardworking, honest, reliable team of workers. Nad, who is the boss sticks to his word with the timeline for completion and the quality of the work he will do. Looking forward to working with this team on many more projects. They installed pavers in my driveway, They can be very proud of the work they did!!!!

DO NOT HIRE City Wide Construction and Renovation (owner name is NED)! You will waste your time and money. As soon as he gets his first deposit, he will begin to disappear. Three years ago I signed a contract with Ned to install a new roofing and siding throughout the house. He agreed to finish the work within two months, but instead took 11 months for something simple because he stopped coming one day. His work is absolutely awful - he layed stucco using different shades on the different faces of the house, and the patch work was again a different color, the brick was laid uneven, and the roof was done improper - causing leaks and water damage. Not only is it aesthetically not pleasing, but he has absolutely no understanding of proper building techniques. I have been trying to reach him since March of 2017 to fix this terrible job. Finally, 9 month later, in November 2017 he responded to me and came with one of his workers to fix the roof. He admitted that the roof was done improperly and that the shingles were cut too short. After his short (30 minute) attempt to "fix" the roof, he only made the problem WORSE! The roof still leaks, and now both sides of my soffit have terrible water damage with spots of mold and damaged stucco. It is only getting worse... Again, I have been trying to call Ned to fix the problem, or come up with a solution. He ignores all my calls. Please see the attached images and stear clear! HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR/BUILDER. STAY. AWAY.
