Came as an appraiser for flood damage in my home.Cancelled 2 times showed up and seemed to be bothered about the whole thing.never went into crawl space to inspect. and claim was held up as they had no pictures of the damage. He claims he lost them on his phone, fact is he never took pictures as I and my contractor ( who was there noticed). NY property contacted him and he came back and took pictures of the completed work???? Well what good would that do? Wouldn't use him for anything
