    Nearly complete rehab of kitchen, electrical, roof, plumbing, flooring, etc.
    $52,000

    It was not good. They needed a lot of oversight to make sure they did the items on the scope of work and did them as specified. There were many items that were left in an unfinished state or weren't put in properly because they were rushed or didn't entirely know what they were doing. The project also was not managed so that it didn't go over budget. In some cases the original items worked better than the ones they changed out.
