It has been almost 1 year since I posted last, and we have just finished another project on our home. I'm happy to say that Clear water Corp has redeemed themselves this time around. Communication and responsibility of overseeing the job was great! Workers were very professional. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to our friends. Thank you Clearwater!! You deserve extra stars!!

It has been 2years since our home was built, and the stucco outside our house is already pealing and chipping. The GM who was supposed to be in charge I felt was not around to supervise the project so consequently our flooring was put in before the walls were finished. He continues to make promises to fix and finish the job, however since he's been paid in full he forgets our requests very easily! Now our pluming has issues making wierd loud sounds like there's air in the pipes.We've made several attempts to contact him and his Plummer who basically has done a hack job with installing our fixtures as well to fix this and still no luck. I could go on and on! This company lacks integrity and customer service.

Gil Valdez is really the best constractor I have ever worked with. He had the best bid, everything was done to perfection and was done on time. Not to cast aspertions on other constractors but he is very honest. He has handled multi million dollar jobs for me and is an appoved contractor by US Bank and Wells Fargo...which says alot.
