First time buying from them and they had a good customer service at the store however they told me my pool installation was going to be the third week of June. When I called yesterday to try to find out the actual date they told me I had to call the contractor. So I called today and they told me they are in the first week of August. Not only that but when they send me the prices it was $600 cheaper but when I paid I got charge $600 more and they wouldn't refund me because the price I paid was accurate. We were also thinking about getting a hot tub which they said it will be ready for the next day pick up but when we called yesterday to find out some more information they told us 45 weeks. Overall, I'm very disappointed and the guy that keeps answering the phone which seems like the boss isnt even giving any solution or anything. All he told me was I can give you your money back! That isn't a solution!!! This was in MD the new location on Bel air Rd.
