Initially I was really happy with the work and how responsive the company was, then there was a delay with products coming in and I rarely heard from the owner; over a year after initially signing the contract work was completed. I thought everything was great and he even fixed up some work that had “shifted” from the year before, but I realized when they did my flooring on my stairs they didn’t hammer in the nail’s underneath all the way so now I have holes on my stairs and it’s been months with no response. Seems minuscule, but when you pay a company 30K, I would like the work completed appropriately.
I had even asked for extra flooring in case I decided to redo my kitchen in the new flooring and was left with nothing extra at the end of the project; I don’t know if the flooring guys used it with errors in measurements or everything was measured and ordered incorrectly at the beginning.
