I would not recommend to anybody to use Coastal Concepts. The owner, Fred Ryll, was asked to repair a wooden ladder that leads to a loft inside a bedroom (essentially like a bunk bed ladder but stronger). The ladder had a hairline crack on the outside of the left side rail. He just screwed an additional piece of wood to the outside of the left ladder rail, then repainted it with the wrong paint color. The finished job looks embarrassing. He charged $165 which my property manager unfortunately paid. I asked for a refund, but Fred Ryll refuses and stands behind his shotty work.
An honest contractor would had provided me with a bid first, and he also should have recommended that it would be cheaper to buy a new loft ladder. I saw that livingspaces.com sells such a ladder for less than what he charged; the one appropriate for is sells for $55.
