  We paid thousands for incomplete work and weeks of excuses claiming things were happening when they were not. And most of what did happen was done incorrectly HE NEVER EVEN PULLED PERMITS!! We hired Jason for a remodel of our second home. It was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. It has been 3.5 months, and every room of our house is in an incomplete phase. Jason significantly overcharged for materials, did shoddy work in a few areas, and spent the money we paid him prior to paying his subs. We didn't even get what we paid for and he's asking us for more money. We've had to hire someone else to finish the job; how many times can someone be lied to before finally getting rid of the source?! We had enough and moved on. Save yourself money and time, and DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON OR COMPANY!

  45' X 25" stamped patio, with pillars, steps and porch

  Whatever you do, do not hire this scam artist. We hired him to to a $50,000 project for us. They asked for a down payment and then continued asking for money while doing the work. The project was paid for before they ever finished the work. The patio cracked after one year, pillars were leaning over, stamped patio turned white. They came out and tore out part of their own work, left our fence down, left us with a huge hole and now a partial patio and never returned or answered phone calls. It has cost us over $30,000 to repair his poor workmanship.

  Basement remodeling

  My name is John Perkowski. 248-821-0445. Call me before you consider Jaso Arden Cole and Top Quality Contracting for your project. In February of 2016 I contracted him to do a basement remodeling. It was a total disaster. He upchrged all materials by at least 60%. He charged us thousands of dollars for materials and labor we never received. We lost at least $20,000 and received nothing. We fired him and never received any of the prepaid funds we gave him up front. Many of his subcontractors showed up at my door complaining they weren't getting paid. He used them for their work, never communicated with them, would let them go and never pay them. Avoid this contractor and anyone associated with his company.
