I hired comfort generation to install a new HVAC system in my home which they did. Once winter came we turned the heat on to find we had no heat so the company came out and turns out the didn't install the system properly.
Once summer comes we turn on the AC and no cold air. The company comes out and tells me they must order a pert and someone will contact me. Weeks go by and no word from the company BUT I found water damage in my ceiling in my kitchen. I look for leaks and nothing. On a Friday the 13th we come home to find a lot more water damage and it has spread to 3 rooms at our home. A crew comes out and finds from what they told me was the install crew cut or ripped insulation and the condensation has built up (dew point) and caused the damage. The worker used a couple of my wife's large cooking bowls and poked holes in the insulation and drained at least 2-3 gallons of water from the system that had not yet drained into my attic. He then repaired the system told me the company would repair the damage and he (Tony) left.
Weeks went by and no word from the company so I contacted the owner and I was shocked when he (Chuck Williams) cursed me out because I called to get the damage to my home repaired.
The company wanted to send their workers out to repair the damage but they are NOT drywall guys, they are HVAC guys and if they can't do their job correct how can they do another job correct.
I wish I could leave less than 1 star for this horrible company with horrible customer service.
