    replace asphalt driveway with concrete

    I question the honesty, ethics and interrogation of this company. In April 2013, George Warren a key employee and one of the holders of their Contractors License replaced my asphalt driveway with concrete slabs. Within a few weeks the the slabs started to get long cracks up and down them. Eventually some cracks got wider and the cracks started to crumble. Based on a Concrete Experts examination of pictures taken prior to the concrete being poured they showed that the driveway was not prepared properly. It did not meet Industry standards for properly installing a driveway.
    He, along with John Stinch another principle of the company promised to make good on the job, though that is all it was, was promises. Leading to me
    in 2014 to eventually file a Small Claim Suite against George Warren for $7000.00, based on the estimate I received to properly replace the driveway. The Judge ruled in my favor. Long story short it is now almost five years later, and the claim with all court cost and fees has risen to almost $10,000.00.
    Again George promised to make good on the job, however he never did follow through, and his lawyer Noah Ornstein became rather annoying with trying to sweep this whole thing under the rug.
    This past June I served Completely Concrete Structures with a Wage Garnishment against George Warren. They failed to honor it thereby making them responsible for the Small Claims Suite. This past September I filed suite against Completely Concrete Structures, and we had a court date on November 19th, and no one from C.C.S. showed up. Noah Ornstein is their attorney, and a holder of this Contractors License, and the lawyer representing George Warren.
    I have to question his ethics for failing to obey a court ordered Wage Garnishment.
    So now the Judge has awarded me the win, however they have not responded yet, and I question if they ever will settle this issue.
