Yair Avdar was a subcontractor on reno job. He installed the wrong size units - including 15,000 btu unit in an 8x10 room! And he miswired the system. Then when brought in to fix it, tried to say that the contractor punctured a line. Another company rewired the system to get it working. Total crook.

Yair Advair is absolutely a crook. He installed my mini-split units and every time he returned to service them, I was ripped off at high costs. I was not fully aware until one of my splits began leaking. He came to service, charged me $600 and told me the problem was fixed. It poured water overnight all over my home and damaged my wood floors. He then dodged my calls to return. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
