This company DOES NOT stand behind their work. Copeland installed a new roof on one of my properties less than five years ago with top of the line products. The crew was clean, neat and professional. The roof looks great but leaks. I recently discovered a large leak coming in from around the chimney flashing (only after some ceiling damage from the water).
I called and spoke with Rich, telling him I just wanted the roof fixed and I would deal with the ceiling damage, he said he would be out within 1 to 2 days to take a look and help. Never showed up. I called each week (for weeks) and left voicemails and did not receive a single return call. Will be taking my current and future business for over a dozen rental properties elsewhere.

We had our roof replaced by Copeland Roofing. They came out started around 7 am and by 3 pm they were all cleaned up and finished. We had gotten several estimates from different companies. They were the most reasonably priced. They did a great job. It looks beautiful. I would recommend then to anyone who needs their roof replaced.
