Remove and replace like for like all doors windows flooring sinks countertops and cabinets. removing existing bathtubs and replacing with showers. adding lighting to showers and kitchen

Remodeling both master and guest bathrooms. remove and replace vanities and cabinets. adding lighting above showers and 3 new exhaust fans. addition electrical outlets to bathrooms. install new shut off valves supply lines and drain assemblies. remove and replace existing tub in guest bathroom and converting to a shower

Combine 2 existing garage doors into 1 garage door. and enclose porch that is under truss upstairs to create a bathroom

The homeowner has requested we do more than just the addition we originally permitted and that we also do a remodel of the existing home. we're removing the pantry the laundry rom and a non load bearing wall by the kitchen. remodel the master bathroom. we used the same subcontractors as attached to existing permit. more details of the scope of work in the attached document
