I worked with this builder, he offered me a price (per sq ft) and due to my ignorance I told him I do not have a realtor agent. Few days later when I was interested in a home which will take 6 months to finish and I decided to go with agent on my side after reading articles online and taking friends opinion. I told him I want to get into contract and have an agent on my side then he wasn't happy and told he can't accept since I changed my mind having a realtor agent. Irony is, his other partner, was completely okay with me having an agent

Took months to get plans correct. When going over spec sheets and asking questions as to why pricing for specific items would be double we were yelled at by the builder and told to get out of his office. Customer service is nonexistent. He is only interested in building his way or no way. Not there for the customer at all. Now having to start all over with a new builder and find a new lot.
