I bought a house that Crib Fixers flipped. While the house was nice and beautiful, these people will drag their feet and nickel and dime you if you ask for anything extra at closing. They will also refuse to pay for other contractors they hire. The houses are pretty, but these people are not easy to work with and will do the bare minimum to get your job over with and onto the next one. You can look on Reddit for people complaining about them.
