Our HOA hired Cronk Home Repair to service our 92 unit community. We had high hopes of developing a lasting relationship with them to address our maintenance needs. Initially all went well but continuing quality issues, poor attitude of the staff and failure to adhere to communicated schedules resulted in us parting ways. I would not recommend this contractor.

Communication has been a problem. Glen came out to look at multiple projects around our condo complex. Said it would take a week to get bids, and never received bids. Despite 4 emails and 4 phone calls (emails were never responded to and Joannie would just reply I'll talk to our estimator and get back to you but never did) we never received bids. Each time I called Joannie acted like she had never spoken to me before. Our last call she said they had no time to do the work. I tried to explain that we haven't even gotten to the point or scheduling and we are flexible on the schedule, but we need to get numbers to know what to budget for, and she just said no, we're not going to do the jobs without even knowing what jobs she was referring to. No apology for not communicating for two months or ever returning phone calls as she promised, in fact, she was quite curt and rude in her tone. An extremely disappointing experience.
