Most contractors we interviewed wanted to tear our family home down and rebuild from scratch. They also wanted to upcharge us significantly because of our zip code. Not only did Harry Cunliffe appreciate our very well-built beach house, but he also advised us that tearing down would be a crazy idea due to the home being built so well in the first place. Harry worked with our designer and us to come up with solutions to remodel and reconfigure our home. He and his crew were always on time and came to work. He kept our budget in mind at all times and looked for the most cost-effective ways to achieve our visions. His subs were the same. Came to work and did a great job getting it done in a timely manner. We would absolutely recommend Cunliffe Construction and have referred him to friends, family, and neighbors.
