I hired him to help me get a permit and get my carport complete and up to code and he ran off with my money. We signed a contract and told me he would email me the contract I paid him half the bill and he never came back. He would say I have the drawings i'll come by this week. Something happened i'll be back next week. Excuse after excuse until he stopped answering my calls.

This was our second house to build, our step up if you will, and after much searching because our first build didn't go so well, our close friends recommended us to Custom Home Dynamics. They had designed and built their house as well. Like them, our experience was great. They helped us locate a wonderful lot, walked us though the design of truly, our beautiful home, and as promised, our home is built rock solid. We were educated on many of the green features incorporated into our home (all our choice), which has helped tremendously in the monthly operations of the house and given to flexibility to pick and choose our finishes through out the house. Open communication regarding the budget throughout our build was key. We were kept informed at every stage of the process, finished in the allotted time frame and under budget (which was a big help). We are very satisfied with the service and attention to detail provided us by Mr. Martinez. We are not in the habit of writing such reviews but felt it a necessary and wanted to say Thank You again for helping us realize our dream. We highly recommend Custom Home Dynamics for any and all design and building needs you may have.

Mr. Martinez is not one to hire. The job ran over budget by twice quoted price and several months behind. I let Mr. Martinez go after missing funds and his inability to produce any receipts. His sub-contractors were not reliable - though I feel this is a reflection of himself. Ultimately in the end, the house was left unfinished, over budget, in in desperate need of repairs. I would not recommend this contractor for a tough shed job.

Seems to be a reoccurring habit of Lawrence to not respond to phone calls or voicemails. We originally hired him to help us with a remodel, but after all the trouble we had from him just trying to get some plans drafted we decided that we didn't want to work with him. After numerous failed attempts to try and get a hold of him to get our money back, we have decided to start looking into pursuing legal action.
