    Family & friends, as Los Angels looks to rebuild our beautiful city, it’s important that I share my personal interaction with contractor #TimMoren CSLB #1094565 of #CustomInteriorSolutionsInc. In the Spring of 2023, I hired #TimMoren to renovate my condo: a whole house redo with a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, moving 1 wall and restoring a fireplace. I was referred to him by a person in real estate. We had already done plans and he gave a great price and promised we’d be back in our condo in August. Long story very short, it is our opinion that #TimMoren destroyed our condo with faulty work, terrible follow up and essentially ignored the plans. We have hired legal representation to recoup our costs because now it will cost DOUBLE to rip out what he shabbily built to finish it. The following reel is all the highlights of the terrible work of #CustomInteriorSolutionsInc. Since the lawsuit was filed, I have learned of 3 other families on #thewestside that are in similar or worse positions as us. #TimMoren license has not yet been suspended, though I have tried. I’m concerned that other neighbors will fall victim to his lies and poor workmanship. Do not, IMHO, give this man work. I don’t want people who have already suffered the loss of their home to have to deal with his utter bullshit. Fun fact, during my renovation he opened a pizza restaurant probably with all the money that he scammed from not doing the jobs that families hired him to do. Don’t eat at @acpizza
