The above review is completely false... Cutillo Construction Corp. is totally professional and in business for over 40 years with no complaints against them.... they renovate homes and build new homes also... working with them was an awesome experience from start to finish!

John's company was recommended to us by friends after we had a disaster in our home. I am disable and he said he would fix our structural issues and cosmetic issues. Of course the cost was significant and we expected that it would be. However due to his initial personable personality and referral we expected that we would not have a problem with him. After paying him $16,000.00 for part of the work for himself and subcontractors. It was time for his sub to install marble in our master bathroom that we have been without for 7 months. All that was requested was a one day delay to my seizure activity and my inability to approve the marble that was to go on the walls. John decided to tell his tile installer what pattern to install and color. Which is not what was approved/wanted/or even matched the rest of the bathroom. All this is happened while I was in my home having seizure for two days because John could care less about his customer. And when he was confronted and tried to discussed he lied. And forced us to pay his subcontractor after we paid him. He wasted our material, made decisions in our home that were not approved, would not accept responsibility for his actions, and would not pay his subcontractors. But he thinks he did us a "favor and helped us." All he did is cause me several seizure as he worked in my house without approval. But when he demands his money he wants it ASAP, he'll even meet you somewhere when you're not home on the weekend.

Cutillo Construction did the new siding and a new roof on our house. John along with his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They showed up every day on time and ther were no suprise extra costs to the complete the job. Everyday before they left they made sure everthing was cleaned up. I would gladly recommend them my friends and family
