Moved into a brand new condo February of 2020 the air conditioning unit was supposed to be new which maybe it was. We were under contract with Martinelli I had to call them many times because the air conditioning was not working properly. It was at least 6 times they came out but never fixed the problem We asked for a new unit they would not do that. We asked for copies of the work orders as to our request and the work that was done. We must ask more than a dozen times never were given copies. The heat worked through the winter but now come the hot weather the air conditioner is still not working. When we set it to a certain temperature like 76 it stays on that setting but the temperature in the condo goes up into the high 80s. They tried telling us that is how all air conditioners work. For them to even say that is beyond stupid.
